First, check to make sure that they are set to the right game! This is our most common issue when it comes to misbehaving leaderboards. Look at the top corners of your leaderboard, where you will see a logo telling you which game the scoreboard is currently tracking. If it is not the game that you want to track (for instance, if you’re playing Greedy Greedy and your scoreboard is trying to show scores for On-a-Roll), the following steps should correct it.
- Click on your leaderboard.
- Click the Change button.
- Click the name of the game you want to follow.
If your leaderboard is set to track the right game, and scores still aren’t showing up, please see our FAQ about real-time updates. If you or a particular person in your group isn’t showing up on the board at all, please see our FAQ about opting out of G.SL data collection. You can also find a detailed walkthrough for setting up your leaderboards on this page.
