To put it in the simplest possible terms: the Pocket game board is specifically designed not to have chairs or animated sits. It is the only theme that has no chairs or animations. It is simply a board.

You can place the Pocket board anywhere you like — on a table surface, on the wall, or on the floor. How players choose to animate their avatars while they play a game on the Pocket board is completely up to them. They can stand, groundsit, dance, or sit on any other furniture. The only requirement in terms of position is that players must be within 96 meters of the game board to play. If they wander outside this limit, they will be booted from the game.
