You will\u00a0<strong>not<\/strong>\u00a0be able to request a redelivery of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Any older model, no-copy\/trans prim game table.<\/li>\n<li>Any two-person game (such as\u00a0Khet,\u00a0Mancala, or\u00a0Senet).<\/li>\n<li>Your game licenses (the game licenses are data in the cloud, so there is nothing to redeliver).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span id=\"I.27ve_lost_track_of_my_old_prim_game_table._How_can_I_get_a_redelivery.3F\" class=\"mw-headline\">I&#8217;ve lost track of my old prim game table. How can I get a redelivery?<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>In order to receive an updated replacement, you will have to use the Migration function in our store. Please see our <a href=\"https:\/\/karstenrutledge.com\/index.php\/article\/migration\/\">Migration article<\/a> for more information and detailed instructions.<\/p>\n<h4><span id=\"I_can.27t_find_my_two-player_game._What_can_I_do.3F\" class=\"mw-headline\">I can&#8217;t find my two-player game. What can I do?<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>If you&#8217;ve lost track of one of your two-player games, please <a href=\"https:\/\/karstenrutledge.com\/index.php\/contact\/\">contact us<\/a>. You may also want to <a href=\"https:\/\/karstenrutledge.com\/index.php\/faq\/i-cant-find-your-product-in-my-inventory\/\">consult this FAQ<\/a>, which contains some helpful hints on how to find returned or misplaced objects.<\/p>\n<h4><span id=\"I.27ve_lost_track_of_all_of_my_mesh_game_systems_and_license_information._If_I_request_a_redelivery_of_my_Classic_table_or_another_mesh_theme.2C_will_it_include_all_of_my_game_licenses.3F\" class=\"mw-headline\">I&#8217;ve lost track of all of my mesh game systems and license information. If I request a redelivery of a mesh theme, will it include all of my game licenses?<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>As long as you successfully migrated your games or purchased them after K.R. Engineering switched to the licensing system, any of your mesh tables or themes will be able to access your entire game library. Therefore, if you have lost track of all of your purchases, getting a redelivery of your Classic mesh table or one of our mesh themes will allow you to play every game that you currently own.<\/p>\n<h4><span id=\"Can_I_use_my_Gaming.SL_Live_account_to_request_redelivery_without_visiting_the_store.3F\" class=\"mw-headline\">Can I use my Gaming.SL Live account to request redelivery without visiting the store?<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Absolutely! In order to access this feature, you will need to have an active Gaming.SL Live account. The game section lists all of the games you own, while the theme section lists all of your current themes.\u00a0<em>If you click on any game title in the green section, you will receive a redelivery of the first theme you ever purchased.
